Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website, products, content, ordering features, account features, communications, and related services made available by Concord Health Products Inc. DBA Precision Peptide Company.

By accessing or using our website or services, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing or requesting a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our website or services. By using our website, you represent that you meet the age requirements, that all information you provide is accurate and current, and that your use complies with applicable laws.

2. Our Services

We provide access to information, products, ordering tools, customer support, and related services via our website. Current offerings include Compounded Tirzepatide and NAD+ Injection, subject to availability, eligibility, prescription requirements, provider approval, pharmacy fulfillment, and legal restrictions. Product availability varies by location and may change.

3. Medical and Prescription Disclaimer

Content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Prescription products require review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider where legally required. Submitting an order does not guarantee the issuance of a prescription or the dispensing of any product. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. FDA-approved medicines containing tirzepatide are available. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

4. No Provider-Patient Relationship With Us

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Precision Peptide Company is not a medical practice, pharmacy, or emergency medical provider. Any medical care, diagnosis, prescribing decision, or pharmacy fulfillment may be provided by independent licensed healthcare providers or licensed pharmacies.

An independent telehealth partner may manage clinical intake, customer accounts, subscription administration, refill coordination, provider communications, and pharmacy fulfillment. Precision Peptide Company may facilitate access to those services and collect payment, but it does not direct or control clinical decisions, prescribing, dispensing, or the independent professional judgment of healthcare providers and pharmacies.

Those providers, pharmacies, and service partners are responsible for their own professional judgment, services, licensing, account administration, and compliance obligations.

5. Partner Accounts and Subscription Management

Access to telehealth, provider, prescription, refill, and pharmacy services may require you to create and maintain an account directly with an independent telehealth partner. Precision Peptide Company does not issue or control the login credentials for that account.

Your use of a partner account is governed by the partner's terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access through the account-management process provided by the partner.

Although the partner may administer account and subscription features, Precision Peptide Company charges your selected payment method for products and services purchased through the subscription, as disclosed at checkout.

6. Orders, Payments, Monthly Billing, and Automatic Refills

By submitting an order or payment information, you authorize Precision Peptide Company and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable products, services, shipping, taxes, and fees.

If you enroll in a monthly subscription, you expressly authorize Precision Peptide Company and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends. The amount and frequency of recurring charges, the number and timing of automatic refills, and any plan duration or minimum commitment will be disclosed before enrollment and in the subscription confirmation.

Automatic refills remain subject to continuing eligibility, licensed healthcare provider approval, a valid prescription, product availability, pharmacy requirements, and applicable law. Subscription enrollment does not guarantee that a prescription or refill will be approved, dispensed, or available.

All payment and account information must be accurate and current. We may decline or cancel an order, subscription, or refill for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, prescription or eligibility issues, payment failure, regulatory restrictions, or errors in pricing or product information.

We will provide notice of material changes to subscription pricing or terms and information about how to cancel when required by applicable law.

7. Cancellation, Delaying Billing, Pausing, On-Demand, and Refunds

You may manage your subscription using the methods presented at checkout or through the independent telehealth partner's account tools. Depending on the selected plan, available options may include canceling the subscription, delaying the next billing date, pausing monthly billing and automatic refills, or switching to on-demand ordering. Available options, limits, and effective dates may vary by plan and will be presented in the applicable account or subscription terms.

To avoid a future monthly charge, you must submit a cancellation through an available cancellation method before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation stops future recurring charges and automatic refills but does not reverse a charge already processed or an order, prescription, or product already submitted, approved, prepared, dispensed, or shipped.

During an approved billing delay or pause, scheduled monthly charges and automatic refills are suspended for the selected period. Under an on-demand option, monthly charges and automatic refills are suspended until you request an eligible refill or reactivate recurring billing. Updated information, eligibility confirmation, or additional provider review may be required before services or refills resume.

Except where required by law or provided by our Refund Policy or checkout terms, charges that have already been processed are non-refundable. Certain prescription, compounded, refrigerated, personalized, prepared, dispensed, or shipped products may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Electronic Communications and SMS

By using our website, you consent to electronic communications including emails, notices, transactional messages, and policy updates. By opting into SMS, you consent to receive recurring text messages; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS. Marketing text consent is not required to make a purchase.

14. Product Information and Availability

Product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, ingredients, packaging, and other information may change without notice. 15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website, content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amounts you paid for the specific products or services at issue. Some jurisdictions restrict these limitations.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, content you submit, or your infringement of third-party rights.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, risk creation, fraud, misuse, or service discontinuation. Provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in California, unless a different process is required or agreed upon. Each party waives the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
