PHI may include your name, contact information, intake responses, health history, medication information, prescription information, provider communications, pharmacy fulfillment information, and payment or support information connected to healthcare services.

Clinical intake, provider review, prescribing, and pharmacy fulfillment may be handled by independent licensed healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other service providers involved in the services you request. We may receive, create, maintain, or transmit limited PHI as needed to coordinate requested services, provide customer support, meet compliance obligations, and operate our business.

Some information may also be classified as "Consumer Health Data" under laws enacted in Nevada and Washington. If you are a resident of Nevada or Washington, please refer to our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for more information about the Consumer Health Data we may collect and our related privacy practices.

5. Online Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Analytics

We may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Signals, Google User-ID, and related Google features to operate tags, understand website traffic, recognize users or devices, analyze interactions, measure conversions, improve performance, and evaluate marketing. Depending on your settings and the provider's practices, information may be associated across browsers, devices, websites, or services.

We and our customer communications providers may also use technologies such as pixels or clear GIFs in emails to learn whether messages were opened and whether links were selected. This helps us measure and improve communications.

Interest-Based Advertising

We may use Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and related advertising technologies on public marketing pages to measure advertising, build audiences, deliver or personalize advertisements, and show advertisements after you visit our website. These providers may use cookies and similar identifiers to collect information about your activity over time and across websites or online services.

Limits on Health-Related Tracking

Our analytics and advertising technologies are used on public marketing pages. We do not knowingly place advertising or general-purpose analytics technologies on clinical intake forms, provider portals, prescription workflows, or pharmacy systems, and we do not intend for these technologies to collect the contents of clinical forms, provider communications, prescription information, or pharmacy records.

Public marketing pages may discuss specific products or health-related topics. As a result, analytics or advertising providers may receive page-view and interaction information that could be used to infer product or health-related interests. We do not knowingly disclose PHI to analytics or advertising vendors except as permitted by HIPAA, under an appropriate business associate arrangement, or with a valid authorization where required.

Your Tracking Choices

You may control or block some cookies through your browser settings. Some analytics and advertising providers also offer account, device, or industry opt-out settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality, and browser- or device-based choices may need to be repeated on each browser or device. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing activities. Where required by law, we will also process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email. To opt out of SMS, reply STOP or contact us directly. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, account alerts, or legal notices.
